Mold: NG-A(BTLY)
Mineral Insulated Fire Resistant Cable with Aluminum Sheath NG-A(BTLY) is a fire-resistant power cable designed for safe and stable operation under high-temperature conditions. It combines mineral insulation and aluminum sheath technology to provide reliable fire protection, mechanical strength, and long-term electrical performance.
Core Product Features
Extreme Fire Resistance: BS6387 CWZ tested, maintaining operation for 180 minutes under 950°C flame exposure with water spray and mechanical impact conditions.
Low Smoke and Halogen-Free Safety: Mineral insulation uses inorganic materials that produce no toxic smoke or acidic gases during fire.
Flexible Installation: Continuous production technology provides flexible cable lengths and smaller bending radius for easier installation.
Environmental Protection: Aluminum sheath structure offers moisture resistance, corrosion protection, and mechanical strength for harsh environments.
Long Service Life: Mineral insulation materials resist aging and decomposition, supporting a designed service life of over 50 years.
OEM Customization Options
Mineral Insulated Fire Resistant Cable supports customized solutions for different project requirements:
